Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders of PKR 5,000 and above.
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below PKR 5,000. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan, allowing you to pay for your order upon delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–5 business days
Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping updates via SMS, email, or phone call, depending on the courier service used.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect contact details or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bin Akbar will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Bin Akbar is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
